Brad is the founder of Cognito, and alongside his small, specialised team delivers highly successful leadership and organisational design coaching programs to executives and companies across Australia.
For 30 years, Brad has been an expert teacher/trainer and mentor/coach, specialising in behavioural engagement, human leadership, and organisational design optimisation, delivering outstanding results in some of the most complex workplace environments in WA. He has successfully led multi-million-dollar organisations through transition, gaining advanced leadership experience that now underpins his executive coaching, mentoring and workshop programs. His research into leadership and learning engagement positions him as a thought leader in the field.
Throughout his career, Brad’s priority has always been to collaborate with others to improve processes and workplace dynamics for everyone: leaders, staff, end-users and the organisation itself. He has coached thousands of people to lead more fulfilling careers and become leaders who can drive change.
